This Student Leadership program is planned, operated, and led by cadets to provide an opportunity to assume advanced leadership positions. This is the only program where cadets can improve their leadership, communication and followership skills to prepare them for the real world. We pride ourselves in preparing students for life after high school whether it be in the military, Air Force Senior ROTC Scholarships or the workforce. Our students participate in over 14 teams and compete against other JROTC programs. Some examples are Drill team, Color Guard, Physical Training and Drone Flying. There are many opportunities for field trips and other out of school leadership situations.
