Every year, NCISD art students participate in the annual NCISD Holiday Card Decorating Contest, where they create a holiday design featuring the NCISD logo. All elementary school students and secondary students enrolled in art class participate in the contest by choosing their own medium and design. The cards are then judged by NCISD instructional specialists and directors. The four winning pieces are published on the district’s Christmas cards and will be honored at the board meeting on December 18, 2023.
