There is a process for receiving a Chromebook if any student is still in need of a device for distance learning. Parents should contact the NCISD remote support helpdesk to schedule a pick up time to receive a device. You may contact the NCISD remote support helpdesk by email at TechSupport@newcaneyisd.org or by calling 281-577-2973 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You must have a pre arranged pick up time in order to receive a device.

Los padres deben comunicarse con asistencia técnica de NCISD para programar una hora para recibir un dispositivo.
